MYKIWI LEARNING MOMENTS
Using AI thoughtfully: making Malay vocabulary practice more fun
Teacher guidance, interactive games and eager participation: practising Kosa Kata together at myKiwi in Kajang.
In the AI era, technology can offer new ways to make learning interesting. At myKiwi Daycare & Tuition, we combine AI-assisted teaching with interactive games so children have opportunities to speak, think and use Malay vocabulary (Kosa Kata).
The teacher remains at the centre of the activity: preparing the game, guiding participation and helping children work through their answers. Technology is a learning aid, while the children do the thinking and practise together.

Three ways to take part in vocabulary practice
Our focus is on participation and using words, rather than simply watching a screen.
Say the words
A game gives children a reason to speak and try an answer. Teacher guidance helps keep the activity focused on language practice.
Think before answering
Children are encouraged to consider the question and connect words with meaning. Getting an answer wrong can become a starting point for discussion.
Learn alongside friends
Taking turns and listening to others are part of group participation. The shared activity makes room for encouragement and another attempt.
From technology to a shared game
The photos show children gathered in a circle and participating around a snakes-and-ladders mat at myKiwi. Together with the video, they offer a glimpse of how a learning activity can involve conversation, play and teacher support—not only time in front of a device.

Continue the conversation at home
Keep practice short and friendly. These are optional ideas for families:
- Ask your child to share one Malay word from the activity and explain its meaning.
- Invite them to try a simple sentence using that word.
- If they are unsure, look at the word together and encourage another attempt.
Happy learning, with thoughtful guidance
myKiwi supports primary-school children aged 7–12 in Taman Saga Emas, Kajang, including families from SJK(C) Yu Hua and SJK(C) Sungai Chua. Ask us about homework guidance, small-group tuition and after-school care. This activity is a glimpse of learning at our centre, not a promise of specific academic results.
Use technology thoughtfully. Learn happily. Make progress together.
